MINCOM has adopted a digital approach for its visitors at PROMOTE 2024, to enable them save time and move to other activities.
A QR code has therefore been created to give visitors access to MINCOM’s documentation. In concrete terms, visitors can activate an internet connection on their smartphones, open the camera and frame the QR code. The phone will open a link that redirects them to a Google Drive folder that includes the Ministry of Communication’s brochure, guides to setting up an audiovisual or advertising enterprise, links to MINCOM’s website and social media accounts.
At the end of the list is a form for visitors to give their impression about MINCOM’s participation at PROMOTE as well as make suggestions where necessary.
The data collected will be used in the production of the final report and to adjust the ministry’s communication approaches if needed.
