Communication Minister installs new Director of National Printing Press

The Minister of Communication exhorted Mr Oyono Bika Pierre Nolasque to prioritize finding a durable solution to employees plight, as well as improve services and equipment using current ICT. This will be his modest contribution to the proper functioning of the structure following the confidence bestowed on him by the Head of State.

The esplanade of the National Printing Press was host of the colourful installation ceremony of 55 year-old, Oyono Bika Pierre Nolasque as the new Director of the National Printing Press by the Minister of Communication, following his appointment by Presidential Decree Nº  2023/296 of 19 June, 2023.

The Minister of Communication, René Sadi  gave some orientations to the new director to ensure the smooth functioning of this public structure. He prescribed the structural readjustment of the National Printing Press, modernize the functioning of the establishment and resolve internal problems to ensure productivity. Minister Sadi reassured him of the unflinching support of his ministerial department in the discharge of his duties.

On his part, the new Director of the National Printing Press, Oyono Bika Pierre Nolasque, an expert in public finance who joined public service in 2009, thanked hierarchy for bestowing confidence in him and promised to work with his collaborators for the smooth functioning of the structure. His immediate plan of action is to maintain the current social climate by ensuring the timely payment of salaries to avoid strikes, and the rehabilitation of the technical capacity of the National Printing Press.
