Led by Mrs Essama Elizabeth, Technical Adviser No. 2 and Gender Focal Point of MINCOM, the delegation of women from the ministry proudly took part in the ceremonial parade before the First Lady of Cameroon, Chantal Biya, in an atmosphere marked by pride, solidarity, and commitment.
Their participation crowned a week-long series of activities organized within the ministry to commemorate this important day dedicated to promoting women’s rights and highlighting the vital role women play in society.
Through their remarkable mobilization and discipline, the women of MINCOM demonstrated their strong commitment to the values of unity, responsibility, and public service.
The celebration will continue in a warm and convivial atmosphere with a reception offered to the women and other staff of the ministry by the Minister of Communication, René Emmanuel Sadi. This gathering will provide an opportunity for sharing and camaraderie, bringing to a close a week rich in activities.
